Prototype terms

Evaluation use

evi.email is an early prototype provided for private evaluation. It is not yet offered with production availability, support, backup, or retention guarantees.

Acceptable use

Do not use the prototype for spam, unlawful content, sensitive regulated data, or email volumes that exceed the configured free-tier limits.

Third-party services

The prototype depends on Vercel, Neon, and Resend. Their terms and operational limits also apply to the relevant parts of the service.

Changes

These prototype terms will be replaced with reviewed commercial terms before any public Marketplace launch.
